ABOUT PROTECT INVENTORIES

I’ve been in the property management industry for over 10 years. I’m also a landlord, and problems with a HMO tenancy sparked my interest in the world of property inventories and check out reports.

I’ve been inspecting properties and producing reports since 2016. During this time I’ve inspected hundreds of properties and developed an in-depth knowledge of all inventory related issues, keeping myself abreast of the legislation and guidelines in an ever changing regulatory environment.

I know first-hand how landlords and agents have to keep their eye on the many different aspects of property management, and seek to minimise our client’s involvement in the inventory process. Reliability, flexibility and professionalism are key to my approach, helping to ensure a tenancy starts and finishes as smoothly as possible.
